Dengar Developments where established in 1994 by owner Gary Wheatley.
Gary had spent all of his previous working life working in the construction industry either directly for employers or as a sub contractor. In 1994 he decided to start a fresh with Dengar Developments. The business name came from a combination of his wife’s name and his, Denise & Gary.
Dengar Developments mainly carry out home improvement works. These consist of extensions, alterations and conversions to private dwellings. New build projects are also undertaken along with small industrial developments. All areas of construction are covered, from digging out the drains and foundations to setting the ridge tiles and capping the chimney.
A full design service is also available if you require planning permission or building regulations approval for your proposed works. A measured survey will be carried out and full plans drawn up for your application. We will also act as your agent throughout the planning and building regulations process and liaise with building control throughout the entire build of your project.
